As the Senior Editor, I make sure that Homescape has cool editorial content, including this blog. Like many others in the journalism profession, I started out in print as a newspaperman (for the Chicago Tribune) before the Internet boom of the mid-90s. I helped launch the Tribune’s site on America Online in 1994 and then had lots of fun as a Web editor/producer in the early days of chicagotribune.com. I’ve also worked for Homescape’s sister site, Cars.com, and for the humanitarian organization, Rotary International. During my 20 years as a journalist, I’ve written about entertainment, sports, business, health, consumer issues and plenty more. I enjoy running long distances, hiking through desert canyons, playing rock and jazz bass, splitting lanes on my motorcycle and looking at cool homes I’d love to own. I live in the Windy City, North Side, and have grown tired of shoveling snow this winter.
